Description: This course aims to increase your skills and knowledge working with Windows.

Learning Outcomes - on completion participants will be able to:

• Use dialog boxes and navigate multiple windows
• Work with multiple applications
• Find files using a variety of methods
• Create folders on your desktop
• Create and use shortcuts
• Work with files and folders
• Format a floppy disk
• Customise the desktop
• Use basic accessories supplied with Windows
• Customise the Start Menu

Target Audience: This course is intended for people who wish to improve their knowledge and skills using Windows

Prerequisites: Participants should have basic skills using Windows.

Methodology: A hands-on approach is taken during this course. The exercises are designed to impart relevant skills and knowledge by having participants work through real-life examples and scenarios.
