Photoshop - Level two Outline
General Course Information:
As courses can be customised to suit, condsider this
as a general guide. Face-to-face courses are offered, but not restricted to, the
Sydney metropolitan area. Other requirements will be considered on request.
Description: This
course is an introduction for students who would like to learn
how to use the Adobe Photoshop photo editing program.
Learning Outcomes - on
completion participants will be able to:
- Use Quick Masks, alpha channels and layer masks
- Create clipping groups
- Create vector paths as tools for selecting images, creating
transparent areas and drawing shapes
- Create colour swatches, gradients, and patterns
- Create layer styles
- Use the Background Eraser and the Extract command
Target Audience:
Designed for participants who are comfortable working with Photoshop
but want to learn additional concepts and techniques using the
program.
Prerequisites:
Participants should have completed the Photoshop Level 1 course
or have equivalent knowledge.
Methodology: A
hands-on approach is taken during this course. The exercises are
designed to impart relevant skills and knowledge through practice.
